During that lull in the hype surrounding Star Wars movies--yes there was once such a lull, though brief--novels about everybody's favorite wookies, Jedis, and scoundrels began to fill the void. These novels even deserve a ton of credit for returning Star Wars to the forefront of Hollywood.
